“Sherryl Fitzpatrick’s School of Music is a 5-star school. She not only teaches theory, ear training and technique, she teaches the student how to love the instrument and most importantly, love music. When you have kids, you just want them to succeed and have fun in all the activities that they try. When you are a musician, you hope, just maybe your kid will like music too and even better, PLAY music. It’s my daughter’s first year taking piano lessons and she skips to the car when she knows she’s going to piano lessons. Sherryl makes music fun! I highly recommend anyone of any age to take lessons from Sherryl.”
Anna Ludlow-Hebbs, Principal fiddler from Juno nominated critically acclaimed production, “DRUM!” and award-winning Toronto production, “Come from Away.”
“In all the years we’ve been doing the Toronto Fiddle Collective, you were one of the best teachers we have had! I can tell you are seasoned and have dealt with everything and anything when it comes to fiddle/violin teaching.“
Celina Marie, Toronto Fiddle Collective

“I have known Sherryl for five years and during this time she has taught my daughter fiddling. It has been a wonderful experience for me to watch my daughter grow with the love for music that Sherryl instills with her patience and humour.”
Joyce Chaykowski, parent
“Sherryl Fitzpatrick has taught my son fiddle for the past eighteen months. Her teaching ability is far superior to that of any other teacher we’ve encountered. She always goes the extra distance and it’s always apparent that she has a love of teaching of helping others. It’s not simply a job for Sherryl; she quickly gets to know her students on a personal level, and knows just how to bring out the best in them. My son’s improvement over these past eighteen months is amazing, and I know it’s because of Sherryl’s teaching philosphy.”
